Avatar Trailer

James Cameron Avatar TrailerThe first official trailer of Avatar, the much anticipated sci-fi movie directed by James Cameron and starring Sam Worthington, has finally been released, and it's damned awesome!

Watch below the Avatar movie trailer:

AVATAR MOVIE TRAILER

Plot:
"A paraplegic ex-marine war veteran (Sam Worthington) is unwillingly sent to establish a human settlement on the distant planet of Pandora, only to find himself battling humankind alongside the planet’s indigenous Na’vi race in this ambitious, digital 3-D sci-fi epic from Academy Award-winning Titanic director James Cameron."

James Cameron's Avatar promises to be an unforgettable experience. I'm definitely have to go watch this movie in an IMAX theater to fully enjoy its quality and its marvelous 3D! I'm so impatient for Avatar Day by now!

This Avatar trailer is really making my day. May God bless James Cameron for he brought us the movie Avatar!

Looks awesome. I can't believe I'm reading from some that the CGI isn't that great, too cartoony. What are they looking at? Looks incredible at 1080p

Everything looks great. One major flaw...to much of a good thing can be a bad thing. The Avatars look like fake computer generated video game images.

The landscapes are nice, but damn those smurfs are cheesy! Why is it when directors get old they start thinking Jar Jar characters cool?

The story reads to me (from the trailer) of a sci fi 'Pilgrims & indians' not least because of the obvious physical and style similarities in appearance (albeit in alien form). The Alien race' home world being the subject of invasion from Human kind being utmost of parodies between the taking of Native American settlements, and the forced inhabitation of the Homeworld of these tribal, less advanced, yet at one with nature, Alien But very Humanoid in attitude and appearance.

I am so looking forward to seeing what for me seems like a decent story, laced with unbelievably good visuals, and a breathtaking atmosphere.
